Japan Culture Day

●Japan Culture Day will be held on Saturday, November 8th, at the Juventus Club (behind Meskel Square).Japan Culture Day will feature a manga drawing competition, a music performance by shamisen singer Natsumi Yuzu, traditional Japanese dances by the Katim Dance Team, and demonstrations of karate and kendo.
Two Japanese films will be screened at the venue. “Poupelle of Chimney Town” and “Let’s Go Karaoke!”.
In addition, various pop-up booths will invite you to experience traditional Japanese games, tea ceremony, and calligraphy.
Exhibition by Japanese companies and Japanese foods stalls are also expected to participate.
The event welcomes your active participation, including of a traditional Japanese Bon Odori group dance, so please feel free to drop by and enjoy the day with us!
